Bridal Party

bridesmaids:

	Laura - Maid of Honor Grace and Laura have been friends since they were 7. Through the years, they've shared many shopping excursions, eating adventures, and countless amusing experiences. Together with their respective significant others, they've also ventured to Victoria, Whistler, Portland, and even into the wilderness. When they are not laughing hysterically about something or causing an awkward moment, you can probably find them waiting to eat an awesome homecooked meal prepared by their (now) fiancés, a favour which they have yet to return.
	Queenie - Bridesmaid Queenie is Grace's younger, and only sister. Queenie also happens to be Grace's personal shopper, unofficial hairstylist, and official wedding crafter. When she's not busy juggling school, work, a blossoming Ultimate career, and Grace-related tasks, Queenie spends her time loving dinosaurs and nurturing Uglydolls®. The two sisters pride themselves in having survived numerous Asian bus tours and they share a love of finding good deals at Michaels and HomeSense. Though Grace is six years older, those who know them best can vouch that sometimes their roles are reversed.
	Jenn - Bridesmaid Grace and Jenn became good friends as teenagers even though they attended different high schools. These two quickly bonded over secretly planning for a friend’s birthday, subway sandwiches eaten curbside, and many chicken quesadillas from Earl’s. Though their favourite pastimes have changed over the years, from hanging out at the old UBC Main Library, to exploring outhouses at Burnaby Village Museum, to having afternoon tea at the Fairmont, Grace and Jenn have never stopped being easily amused and have continued to find new material for their extensive repertoire of inside jokes.

Hubert - Best Man Hubert (better known as Hub) is Wil's brother and eldest sibling. He currently resides in California with his wife Karolyn, where they are proud new parents of baby Khloe. Growing up, as the eldest child, Hub quickly and naturally became one of Wil's role models, introducing many hobbies and interests still evident in Wil's character today. Unfortunately, Hubert's workout routine and strict diet have yet to catch on. Though they reside in different cities, Hub makes frequent trips back home and remains an integral part in Wil's life.

Randy - Groomsman Randy (better known as Laura's Fiancé) and Wil met many years ago playing drop-in basketball, and quickly became great friends over common interests. From organized sports and annual camptrips, to videogames, electronics and daily repair projects, you can probably find them chatting at the hockey rink, re-wiring video cables, or trying to fit a large table into a sedan. Another minor detail in which they share is their engagement to two best-friends; the common interest being the maintenance of each others' sanity.

Lionel - Groomsman Lionel (not better known as anything) and Wil have known each other since their early childhood, but it wasn't until high-school that they became reacquainted and renewed their friendship. Always competitive with each other in every facet, Lionel and Wil are often dueling over sports, racing, all sorts of games, and even their capacity to retain foods (and beverages). Together they have been through many adventures, however their history together can be summarized in one Amazing Race-like day; all you can eat curry for lunch, finding their way through multiple train transfers in a foreign language up a mountain to a renown monkey hotspring, challenging each other to a one-litre ice cream sundae eating competition (they tied), then racing on bikes through the streets of japan to catch the last train home. (then lugging large suitcases and a fullsized heater up a hill to an apartment.) post-script: unsatisfied, Wil returned to the ice cream cafe on a later date and successfully ate a two-liter ice cream sundae
